In spring 2002 an idea of a fashion brand based on ecological and ethical consumption was born. The starting point to the concept was a growing worry of the increasing amount of waste in the world. The idea was to carry out in practise something that would support the sustainable development and at the same time feed human`s longing for aesthetic.
The first collection of HOPE in 2003 was born by redesigning and modifying already existing materials such as old hospital textiles, army wear and work wear – fabric redefined. Literally.
